Welcome to adkjue.wicaqk.com, operated by Bright Path Trading in Seattle, Washington. These Terms of Service explain the rules for using our website and buying from us. We wrote them in plain language because we want you to actually understand what you’re agreeing to. When you browse this site, create an account, or place an order, you accept these terms. If anything here doesn’t work for you, please don’t use the site.

1. Who We Are and What These Terms Cover

Bright Path Trading is a general merchandise retailer based at Seattle, WA 98101, USA. Our store sells a wide range of everyday goods across multiple categories. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Bright Path Trading. They cover your use of adkjue.wicaqk.com, any account you create with us, and any purchase you make through the site.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You also confirm that any information you give us is accurate and that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

2. Your Account and Your Responsibilities

You don’t need an account to browse, but you’ll need one to check out faster, track orders, and manage returns. When you create an account, here’s what we ask of you:

Give us accurate, current details — your real name, a working email address, and a shipping address where someone can receive packages.
Keep your password private. Don’t share it, and don’t reuse a password from another site.
Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed your account. You can reach us through the contact page on this site.
Take responsibility for activity that happens under your login. If you hand your password to a friend and they place an order, that order is yours.

We may suspend or close an account if we see signs of fraud, abuse, or repeated policy violations. If that happens, we’ll try to let you know by email, unless doing so would interfere with an investigation.

3. Product Information and Accuracy

We do our best to describe every item clearly. Product photos, measurements, materials, and color details come from our suppliers and our own checks. Even so, small differences can happen. Screens display color differently, and manufacturers sometimes update packaging or minor design details without notice.

We work hard to keep listings accurate, but we can’t promise that every description, photo, or specification is free of error. If you receive an item that doesn’t match its listing in a meaningful way, contact us and we’ll work out a solution under our return policy. This section doesn’t limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Pricing, Payment, and Order Acceptance

Prices on this site are shown in U.S. dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes won’t apply to orders you’ve already placed and we’ve confirmed. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. Your payment information is handled by our payment processors — we don’t store full card numbers on our servers.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges that we received it, but the contract forms only when we ship the item. If an item is out of stock, listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, or fails our internal review, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We’ll notify you if that happens. We use best efforts to catch pricing mistakes before they reach you.

5. Shipping, Returns, and Risk of Loss

Shipping timelines shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times depend on carriers and conditions outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier confirms delivery to the address you provided. If a package arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us within the window stated in our return policy so we can help.

Returns are governed by our separate Return Policy, which is part of these terms. Some items may be marked as final sale, and certain goods can’t be returned for health or safety reasons. The Return Policy page explains which items fall into those categories.

6. Intellectual Property

Everything on this site — the text, product photos we’ve created, logos, page design, graphics, and code — belongs to Bright Path Trading or our licensors. It’s protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and related laws.

You may view, download, and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell, scrape, or redistribute our content without written permission. You also may not use our name, logo, or branding in a way that suggests a partnership or endorsement that doesn’t exist. Product names and brands from third-party manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Acceptable Use of the Site

Please use this site the way it’s meant to be used. Don’t attempt to break into it, overload it, or interfere with other customers. Specifically, you agree not to:

Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to pull data from the site without our written consent.
Post or transmit anything unlawful, threatening, or fraudulent through contact forms or reviews.
Place orders with the intent to resell in violation of our terms or to commit fraud.
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorization.

We may restrict or terminate access for anyone who violates this section.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bright Path Trading and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or from any product purchased through it. This includes lost profits, lost data, and business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence where such limits are not permitted.

The site and its content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We don’t warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Indemnification

You agree to hold Bright Path Trading harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs that arise from your violation of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your infringement of another party’s rights.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Delaware law applies to any dispute between you and Bright Path Trading, regardless of where you live or where you placed your order.

11. Dispute Resolution

If a problem comes up, let’s talk first. Send us a written description of the issue through the contact page on this site. We’ll try to resolve it within 30 days of receiving your message.

If we can’t resolve it informally, both you and Bright Path Trading agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration body in the United States, seated in Delaware. Each side covers its own costs unless the arbitrator decides otherwise. You and Bright Path Trading both waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, to the extent permitted by law.

You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these terms by sending us written notice. If you opt out, disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both parties consent to venue there. Claims that qualify for small claims court may be filed there instead.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we’ll post the new version on this page and update the effective date below. If the changes are significant, we’ll also send an email to registered account holders or post a notice on the site. Changes take effect 14 days after posting. If you keep using the site after that date, you accept the updated terms. If you don’t agree, stop using the site and close your account.
